" DHARA " MOVIE SYNOPSIS:

Dr. Sagar (Sudhanshu Pandey) is a psychiatrist residing in London. He is accosted by a girl, Dhara (Hrishitaa Bhatt), who is being chased by some goons. Dr. Sagar rescues Dhara and takes her to his own home. He finds that she is mentally disturbed and gets police permission to treat her at his own home rather than use shock treatment on her.

With good humane treatment at the doctor’s house, Dhara gradually recovers. Dhara and Dr. Sagar get involved with each other; inadvertently, sexually as well. The doctor decides to marry her but he is, meanwhile, called back to India. In his absence from London, his friend, Sahil (Anuj Punj) from India, comes to live in Sagar’s house. Dhara and Sahil fall in love with each other.

When Sagar returns from India and discovers that Sahil and Dhara are in love with each other, he gets a shock and, in turn, gets mentally disturbed. Dhara now realizes that Dr. Sagar is her saviour and the person she should love, rather than Sahil. She begins to tend to the doctor. Sagar recovers his mental balance but in the end, Dhara loses it once again.
